Wuzzr is a trip-planning tool for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it in breach of applicable law.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. A contact point for reporting unauthorised use will be published here once it is available.

Itineraries, day plans, budgets and suggestions are indicative planning aids generated from the inputs you provide. They are not bookings, reservations, or professional travel advice, and they do not guarantee availability.

Visa, entry, health and transport information is provided for general orientation only and may be incomplete or outdated. Always verify requirements with the relevant official authority before travelling. Content supplied by external providers remains their responsibility.

Prices shown are estimates and can change without notice. Fares, fees, taxes and availability are determined by the provider at the moment of booking. Wuzzr is not a party to any booking you make with a third party.

You keep ownership of the trip details you enter and grant us a limited licence to store and process them to deliver the service. You must not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

Wuzzr's name, logo, branding, design, graphics, software and original content are owned by Wuzzr or its licensors and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wuzzr is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or damage arising from reliance on planning information, third-party content, or missed travel arrangements. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

Links to booking, ticketing and information sites are offered for convenience. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, terms or practices.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time, and may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required by law. Provisions on intellectual property, liability and applicable law survive termination.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction will be added here once it is confirmed, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may grant consumers the courts of their place of residence.
